They are socially not reliable for anything. Whoever supposed to protect them, must prove their quality of "protection" They needed to be monitored and watched out for f guerilla surgeries. Risk is everywhere in their daily activities in case each consume psychiatric drugs for their psychiatric treatment.
People who took role in taking advantaged of such disabled individuals,seniors by planting mind reading, mind altering device must be stopped . Any group home and independent living facility management must be aware the fact that some are out in town "working" for the "Pigs" acting performing "normal" life activity. Surely, they are performing so well in outlook. not eligible for SSI for the facility.
under the protective care, and the responsibility as conservatorship all facilities are eligible to utilize SSI income for the individuals. Social service should have been receiving abuse and missing individuals report.

abuse report agreement. Please protect people who are disabled, people who are socially weak from abuse of "pigs"
