thought is becoming digital.
I feel such need and desire for system to clean up our life environment.
I need a building which diagnose(find the mind reading device through CAT scan)
and right next to this facility, I need surgery room that just operates removal of the device under the visual surveillance. doctors are fully reliable, facility must be clean and safe for entire removal surgeries.
to do this,1 switchboard operators must be arrested or must become under governmental authority both mind and body.2 doctors must be able to prove own reliability proving no mind reading device or full consent of removal both from mind and body. the doctors should not be able to claim disability or insanity if doctor is is able to operate to plant mind reading device, he or she must be able to operate, and all are considered as not disable, not insane. means fully responsible as doctor. Violation of medical law and mal practices, all can be defined accordingly.
either case, law enforcement will observe and employ surveillance to reinforce removal only surgeries here in my life vicinity.
